4. Account Registration and Single Account Policy

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.3 Account Accuracy and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to vap777. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration — including use of a false name, fabricated CNIC number, or a date of birth that falsely represents your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.

5. Account Security and Access Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vap777 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. vap777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.

You must not share your vap777 Account credentials with any third party. You must not permit any other person to access or use your vap777 Account. Any activity that occurs on your Account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion. vap777 reserves the right to amend the minimum deposit amount, available payment methods, and deposit limits at any time.

Funds deposited into your vap777 Account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your name. vap777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposit. 7. Withdrawals and KYC Verification

7.1 KYC Requirement

Before vap777 will process any withdrawal from your Account, you must complete the KYC verification process. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back) and, where requested, a recent selfie photograph. vap777 will process KYC submissions within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of complete documentation.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to blockchain network conditions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The name registered on your vap777 Account must match the name on the payment account to which you are withdrawing. Mismatches between the vap777 Account name and the payment account name will delay processing and may result in the withdrawal being rejected pending documentation review.

7.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

vap777 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account on vap777, whether under your own name or under another name or identity.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any point during the use of the Platform, including false age declarations.

11. Intellectual Property

13. Responsible Gaming

vap777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. vap777 does not encourage Players to gamble as a means of generating income, to chase losses, or to gamble beyond their financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players through their vap777 Account Settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum PKR amount that may be deposited into your Account within a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. Limit increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum PKR loss amount within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further gaming activity is suspended until the period resets.

14. Account Closure and Termination

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, vap777 will close your Account and process a withdrawal of your real-money Balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements.

14.2 Closure by vap777

vap777 reserves the right to close or suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.

• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You have accessed vap777 from a Prohibited Territory.
• vap777 is required to close your Account by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where vap777 closes an Account due to breach of these Terms, vap777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of closure. 14.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. vap777 will notify you by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to the Account balance. vap777 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months may be closed permanently.

15. Amendments to These Terms

vap777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — vap777 will provide at least 7 days' notice by email to your registered address and by means of a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

For non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates that do not affect your substantive rights), vap777 may update these Terms without prior notice, and the revised Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

The current version and effective date of these Terms will always be displayed at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use the vap777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
